Full payment of 100% of the stay is due 24 hours prior to arrival.

Sunset Hotels Collection reserves the right to automatically cancel reservations that do not comply with this policy.

On other dates:

Full payment of 100% of the stay is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Sunset Hotels Collection reserves the right to automatically cancel reservations that do not comply with this policy.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2025 - 12/31/2026

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before arrival: 100% penalty of the stay.

- No-shows: 100% penalty of the total cost of the reserved stay.

- Early departures (check-out before the agreed date): 100% penalty of the unused nights originally booked.

Important: There are no partial refunds or credits applicable to future stays in cases of late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

On other dates:

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
If you cancel 3 days before arrival, no penalty applies.
If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, a 1-night penalty applies.
If you do not show up, you will be penalized with 1 night's stay.
In case of early departures, the total number of effective nights plus 1 night penalty will be charged.
Does not include environmental sanitation tax (Direct payment at reception).
