Hotel Guarantee Policy and Pre-Authorization:

Mandatory guarantee - Mandatory credit card
To guarantee the reservation, a pre-authorization can be carried out on the card provided. If you do not arrive at the hotel by 6:00 pm on the check-in date, the first night's stay will be charged to the credit card provided, for reservations with rates with a refundable policy. Any problem with the payment or pre-authorization will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. The hotel may pre-authorize the total amount of the reservation at any time before check-in on the card provided at the time of booking. In the case of reservations with a non-refundable policy, the total amount charged cannot be refunded.

For Private Reservations: We accept all major credit card brands. Installments will be accepted as long as the minimum installment is R$100.00. Installment in up to 6 interest-free installments for cards issued in Brazil. Exclusive condition for reservations made directly with the Hotel or via the Hotel website, WhatsApp, email, telephone.

Operators and Agencies: Billing through approved registration with the hotel. If the agency or operator does not have a clear registration, prepayment of the reservation will be requested for confirmation. In the case of a commissioned rate, payment will be made directly at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: This is a NON-REFUNDABLE rate and your reservation cannot be changed or cancelled. No-Show Policy: This is a NON-REFUNDABLE rate and in case of no-show the total amount charged in advance will not be refunded. Breakfast: MAKE SURE YOUR CHOSEN RATE INCLUDES BREAKFAST! If your rate does not include breakfast, you can purchase it at the hotel reception at the time of your check-in with promotional prices. Our buffet breakfast is served every day from 6:30 am to 10 am. Fees charged: We do not charge any kind of fee. All taxes and fees are included in your daily rate.
