Hotel guarantee policy and pre-authorization:
Mandatory guarantee - Mandatory credit card To guarantee the reservation a pre-authorization can be made in the informed card. In case of no-show at the hotel until 18:00 hours of the date of entry, the first night will be charged on the credit card informed, for reservations with rates with a refundable policy. Any problem with the collection or with the pre-authorization will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation. The hotel may pre-authorize the full amount of the reservation at any time prior to check-in on the card informed at the time of booking. In the case of reservations with non-refundable policy the total amount charged can not be refunded.

For private bookings: We accept the major credit card banners. Installments will be accepted in reservations over R $ 210.00. Installment in up to 3 installments without interest for cards issued in Brazil.

Operators and Agencies: Billing by registering with the hotel. If the agency or operator does not have a registration, the reservation will be pre-paid for confirmation. In the case of a commissioned fare, payment will be made directly at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: This is a non-refundable rate and your reservation can not be changed or canceled.

No-Show Policy (non-attendance): This is a non-refundable policy rate and in case of no show the total amount charged in advance will not be refunded.

Breakfast: CHECK IF THE CHOICE INCLUDES BREAKFAST! If your rate does not include the breakfast you can purchase at the hotel reception at the time of your check-in with promotional values. Our buffet breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7am to 11am. Fees charged: We do not charge any kind of fee. All taxes and fees are included in the price of your stay.
