Deposit / Guarantee Policies
50% of the reservation amount will be charged in advance and the remaining 50% at the time of check-in. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must be in the name of the guest who made the reservation. It is essential to present the physical card used at the time of purchase.
Prohibition of Resale:
The reservation holder is not authorized to resell his/her reservation to third parties.
Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the personal use of the holder.
Any attempt to resell will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation and/or change to the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
General Policy
- Daily rates at Casa Marambaia do not include a meal plan. If you wish to contract one, please request it from the hotel in advance. Subject to availability.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM;
Early check-in or late check-out will be offered subject to availability;
- One child up to 8 years old stays free of charge, provided they are accommodated in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 8 years old will have an additional charge. In the case of two children under 8 years old in the Family Suite accommodation, one will be free of charge and the other will be charged according to the additional rate;
- Parking for guests is available on site.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. A cleaning fee equivalent to the value of one night's stay will be applied, according to the daily rate.
- A security deposit of R$ 1,000 reais will be required at check-in, to be returned at check-out.
- We inform you that the production of professional audiovisual content for personal, editorial, or commercial use in the common areas of Casa Marambaia is strictly prohibited.
- WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT CLICK ON CREDIT CARD PAYMENT LINKS SENT BY MESSAGE, EMAIL, OR WHATSAPP THAT ARE NOT FROM OUR OFFICIAL CONTACTS.
1) Only small canine animals (1) – up to 15 (fifteen) kilos – will be accepted.
2) Additional fee of R$ 500.00 + 10% per day for pet accommodation.
3) The DOG OWNER must, under penalty of not being able to stay, present a vaccination card at check-in. The absence of a vaccination card will result in non-acceptance of accommodation;
4) Deworming is advised before travel, as well as sanitary treatment for the elimination of ectoparasites; 5) All care for the animal is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the DOG OWNER, since the hotel does not have the necessary facilities for animal care. It is the DOG OWNER's sole responsibility to provide the animal with food, water, medication, etc.;
6) We suggest that the animal not be left alone in the units. If this happens, please notify reception and, in the event of any problem, the responsible party will be contacted;
7) During internal movements, animals must be restrained and under the control of their companions, whether in their lap, on a leash, or in a carrier. Never let loose;
8) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for cleaning and collecting liquid and solid waste, inside and outside the apartments;
9) Boarding with females in heat is prohibited;
11) The hotel does not have facilities to attend to the medical needs of animals, but it has agreements with clinics and veterinarians, as well as pet food, hygiene, and grooming establishments. Check with reception for a list of affiliated establishments;
12) The DOG OWNER is responsible for paying for any and all damages caused by the animal or occurring as a result of it, making full payment of the amount due at check-out or whenever required by the hotel. These damages are not limited to bed linens, table linens, bath towels, furniture, mattresses, and other utensils that furnish the unit used, but extend to any and all damage that occurs inside and outside the accommodation unit;
13) The DOG OWNER must remove the animal – check it out – whenever it is considered or appears to be aggressive, noisy, or difficult to live with other animals and people;
14) The hotel management will inspect the apartment and the animal whenever deemed necessary to verify compliance with the conditions established in these regulations;
15) The DOG OWNER must comply with all current municipal, state, and federal legislation regarding animal ownership.
16) Pets are only allowed in the hotel Suites. Pets are not permitted in the Village Houses.
