Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To guarantee the reservation, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged by the hotel at any time within 15 days prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is made less than 15 days before the check-in date, 100% will be charged at the time of booking. The credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation must belong to the same holder as the reservation.
The credit card used as a guarantee must be presented at check-in for verification.
Resale Prohibition:
The reservation holder is not authorized to resell their reservation to third parties.
Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the personal use of the holder.
Any attempt to resell will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation and/or change to the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
General Policy
- Casa Marambaia's daily rates do not include a meal plan. If you wish to book a meal plan, please request it in advance at the hotel. Subject to availability.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be by 12:00 PM;
Early check-in or late check-out are offered subject to availability;
- One child up to 8 years old is free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 8 years old will incur an additional charge. For two children under 8 in the Family Suite accommodation, one child will be free and one will be charged an additional charge;
- Guest parking is available on site.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A cleaning fee equivalent to one night's stay will be applied, based on the daily rate.
- A security deposit of R$1,000 will be required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out.
- Please note that the production of professional audiovisual content for personal, editorial, or commercial use in the common areas of Casa Marambaia is strictly prohibited.
1) Only one (1) small dog will be accepted – up to 15 (fifteen) kilos.
2) An additional fee of R$500.00 + 10% per night for pet boarding will apply.
3) The dog owner must present a vaccination record at check-in, or risk being denied boarding. Failure to present a vaccination record will result in the pet being denied boarding.
4) Deworming is recommended before travel, as well as sanitary treatment to eliminate ectoparasites.
5) All animal care is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the dog owner, as the hotel does not have facilities for care, care, supervision, or walking of animals. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the DOG OWNER to provide the animal with food, water, medicine, etc.;
6) We recommend that the animal not be left alone in the units. If this happens, we request that the front desk be notified, and if any problem arises, the responsible person will be contacted;
7) During internal travel, animals must be restrained and under the control of their companions, whether in their arms, on a leash, or in a carrier. Never let loose;
8) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for cleaning and collecting liquid and solid waste, inside and outside the apartments;
9) Accommodation with females in heat is prohibited;
10) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for harmonious and respectful coexistence with other DOGs and guests, and must ensure the comfort and tranquility of others;
11) The hotel does not have facilities to meet the medical needs of animals, but it maintains agreements with clinics and veterinarians, as well as food, grooming, and grooming establishments. Check with the front desk for a list of partner establishments;
12) The DOG OWNER is responsible for paying for any and all damages caused by the animal or incurred as a result of the animal. Full payment is due upon check-out or whenever requested by the hotel. These damages are not limited to bed linens, table linens, towels, furniture, mattresses, and other utensils used in the unit, but extend to any and all damages incurred inside or outside the unit;
13) The DOG OWNER must remove the animal and check it out whenever it is considered or appears aggressive, noisy, or difficult to get along with other animals or people;
14) The hotel management, whenever deemed necessary, will inspect the apartment and the animal to ensure they meet the conditions established in these regulations;
15) DOG OWNERS must comply with all applicable municipal, state, and federal laws regarding pet ownership.
16) Pets may only be accommodated in the hotel suites. Pets are not permitted in the Villa Houses.
