To guarantee the reservation, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged by the hotel at any time within 15 days prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is made less than 15 days before the check-in date, 100% will be charged at the time of booking. The credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation must belong to the same holder as the reservation.

The credit card used as a guarantee must be presented at check-in for verification.

Resale Prohibition:

The reservation holder is not authorized to resell their reservation to third parties.

Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the personal use of the holder.

Any attempt to resell will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

In case of cancellation and/or change to the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.

- Casa Marambaia rates do not include breakfast. If you wish to book breakfast, please request it directly at the hotel restaurant or through the extras section when making your reservation.

- To book food services such as lunch or dinner, please make a reservation in advance, subject to availability.

- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be by 12:00 PM;

Early check-in or late check-out are offered subject to availability;

- One child up to 8 years old is free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 8 years old will incur an additional charge. For two children under 8 in the Family Suite accommodation, one child will stay free and the other will be charged an additional charge;

- Guest parking is available on site.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A cleaning fee equivalent to one night's stay will be applied, based on the daily rate.

- A security deposit of R$1,000 is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out.

- Please note that the production of professional audiovisual content for personal, editorial, or commercial use in the common areas of Casa Marambaia is strictly prohibited.

- Cancellation or change requests must be submitted and reviewed with the hotel. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
