50% of the reservation amount will be charged in advance and the remaining 50% at the time of check-in. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must be in the name of the guest who made the reservation. It is essential to present the physical card used at the time of purchase.

Prohibition of Resale:

The reservation holder is not authorized to resell his/her reservation to third parties.
Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the personal use of the holder.

Any attempt to resell will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

In case of cancellation and/or change to the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.

- Cancellation or change requests must be requested and analyzed together with the hotel. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged;

- All reservations must be paid in advance;

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m.;

Early check-in or late check-out will be offered subject to availability;

- One child up to 8 years old is free of charge, as long as they are accommodated in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 8 years old will have an additional charge. In the case of two children under 8 years old in the Family Suite accommodation, one of them will be free of charge and one will be charged an additional amount;

- Rules for Accommodation with Pets:

When staying with your pet, the DOG OWNER must observe the following rules:

1) Only one (1) small canine animal will be accepted – up to 15 (fifteen) kilos -, and medium and large animals, such as pit bulls, Dobermans and German Shepherds, are expressly prohibited;

2) additional fee of R$500.00 + 10% per day for accommodation of the pet.

3) The DOG OWNER must present, at the time of check-in, a vaccination card or not be allowed to stay. Failure to present a vaccination card will result in the dog not being accepted for accommodation;

4) Deworming is recommended before traveling, as well as sanitary treatment to eliminate ectoparasites;

5) All care for the animal is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the DOG OWNER, since the aparthotel does not have facilities for the care, storage, monitoring or walking of animals. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the DOG OWNER to provide the animal with food, water, medicine, etc.;

6) We suggest that the animal is not left alone in the units. If this happens, we ask that the reception be notified and in the presence of any problem, the person responsible will be contacted;

7) During internal movements, animals must be restrained and under the control of their companions, either in their arms, on a leash or in a transport box. Never loose;

8) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for cleaning and collecting liquid and solid waste, inside and outside the apartments;

9) It is forbidden to accommodate females in heat;

10) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for the harmonious and respectful coexistence with other DOGS and guests, and must ensure the comfort and tranquility of others;

11) The aparthotel does not have the structure to meet the medical needs of animals, but it has agreements with clinics and veterinarians, as well as food, hygiene and grooming establishments. Check with the reception for the list of partner establishments;

12) The DOG OWNER is responsible for paying for any and all damage caused by the animal or occurring as a result of it, making full payment of the amount due at the time of check-out or whenever required by the aparthotel. The aforementioned damages are not limited to bed linen, table linen, towels, furniture, mattresses and other utensils that furnish the unit used, but extend to any and all damages occurring, inside and outside the housing unit;

13) The DOG OWNER must remove the animal – check it out – whenever it is considered or appears to be aggressive, noisy or difficult to get along with other animals or people;

14) The aparthotel management, whenever it deems necessary, will inspect the apartment and the animal to verify that they are in the conditions established in these regulations;

15) The DOG OWNER must comply with all current municipal, state and federal legislation regarding the ownership of animals.

16) Pets may only be accommodated in the hotel suites. Pets are not permitted in the Vila Houses.
