Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee and confirm your reservation, you must provide your credit card information. The credit card used as guarantee for the reservation must be the same as the reservation's owner.
The credit card used as guarantee must be presented at check-in for verification.

No Resale:

The reservation holder is not authorized to resell their reservation to third parties.
Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the holder's personal use.
Any attempt to resell will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
For reservations with a no-show guarantee, the first night's rate will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation after 24 hours. For groups of 10 or more rooms, this policy is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation.
