Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee and confirm your reservation, you must provide your credit card details. The credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation must be from the same holder of the reservation.
The credit card used as a guarantee must be presented at check-in for verification.

Resale Prohibition:

The reservation holder is not authorized to resell their reservation to third parties.
Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the holder's personal use.
Any attempt to resell will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Period with total prepayment upfront. Cannot be cancelled or changed. There will be a charge of 100% of the reservation in case of cancellation.
