Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for the reservation will be made 14 days before check-in. An attendant from Viver Caldas' Reservations Center will contact you requesting payment for the reservation. Payment can be made by credit card using an *encrypted payment link* or PIX (QR Code). If you want to pay via PIX, please send an email to [email protected] after creating the reservation so that we can insert the observation in the reservation and issue the QR code on the exact date of billing.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations made through the website https://www.vivercaldas.com.br/
a) Reservations may be canceled by the guest on the website without penalty, as long as the deadline is up to 14 days before check-in. Simply access the “my reservations” tab, enter the email address used to create the reservation in the login tab, then click on recover password for first access, enter the password received in your email, click on “PURCHASES” and finish by clicking on the cancel reservation button. Since the card linked to the purchase was not charged, there will be no penalty.
b) If you are unable to cancel on the website within 7 days after purchasing through the CDC, formalize the cancellation request by emailing [email protected] and we will issue an internal refund and inform you of the cancellation policies.
c) In the case of cancellations made from 13 to 1 day before check-in, the cancellation will generate a 100% penalty and the amount will not be refundable.

No-show and early departure.
a) In case of no-show for accommodation, the fine will be 100% of the amount paid. For early departures, the amount paid will not be refunded regardless of the reason;
b) Only cases due to illness (personal or of direct dependents) or death (direct dependents) will be flexible, proven by presentation of a medical or death certificate. A letter of credit will be issued with rules informed after its preparation, and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue of the letter. Cancellation of reservations on the day of check-in is prohibited.
