Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations made through the website https://www.vivercaldas.com.br/ a) Reservations can be canceled by the guest on the website without penalty, as long as the deadline of up to 14 days before check-in is respected, just access the tab “my reservations”, insert the e-mail used to create the reservation in the login tab, then click on recover the password for first access, insert the password received in your e-mail, click on “PURCHASES” and finish on the button cancel reservation, as there was no charge on the card linked to the purchase, no fines will be charged. b) If it is within 7 days of purchase through the CDC and you are unable to cancel on the website, formalize the request for cancellation to the email [email protected] and we will carry out the internal reversal and inform the policies of cancellation. c) In case of cancellations made from 13 to 1 day before check-in, the cancellation generates a 100% fine and the amount will not be refundable.
