From 06 days to 00, non-attendance or early departure: fine of 1 day.

*In case of pre-paid reservations with a credit card, the refund will be made retaining the card's bank fees.

New Year's Eve Package, Carnival Package and Promotions with non-refundable rates. Payment must be made immediately after booking.
Once the reservation has been made, it will not be possible to make changes or cancellations/refunds.
**In case of force majeure (illness or death) the credit paid in the reservation will be for future use with a validity period of 6 months from the date of arrival of the initial reservation. Condition valid upon presentation of documentation proving the reason for force majeure. After this period, the credit will be considered expired.

Reservations that fall within the periods mentioned above do not allow cancellation and do not give the right to a refund.

Free Cancellation:

Cancellations made up to 40 days before the check-in date will not incur additional costs.
Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation value.

APRIL TO 19/DECEMBER (except Holidays and July)
Up to 4 days - free of charge
From 03 days or no show – 1st daily fine

In case of refund, we will deduct 5% bank/credit card fees.
