Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Prepayment of daily rates will be requested via the website or via the reservation center, immediately after booking. Confirmation of the booking will be sent to the registered email address, immediately after the transaction is confirmed. When checking in at the resort, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with a photo to prove ownership.

Requests to change or cancel reservations must be made by email to [email protected] or made directly on the omnibees platform.

100% (one hundred percent) refund of the amount paid for cancellations or changes up to 7 (seven) days after the first payment (Art. 49 - Consumer Protection Code). After that, a fine will be charged based on the reservation period:

For High Season (January, July, Holidays and Christmas):

Up to 21 (twenty-one) days before arrival (check-in), no-show or cancellation/refund request beyond 7 days after the first payment, there will be a charge of the amount of the 1st (first) daily rate of the reservation;

For rates with special conditions, consumers should consult the specific rules of the promotion. Examples: Consumer Week, Black Friday, etc...
According to Federal Law No. 14,046/20, as amended by Federal Law No. 14,186/21, which will be in effect until 12/31/2023, in cases of change or cancellation of reservations by guests due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no additional charge, provided that guests present supporting documents capable of complying with the requirements of said Law. In these specific cases, the company reserves the right to grant letters of credit to guests, in the amounts initially paid for the reservations, with a term of use until 12/31/2023.

Free Cancellation:

Cancellations made up to 40 days before the check-in date will not incur any additional charges.
Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount.

New Year's Eve Package, Carnival Package and Promotions with non-refundable rates. Payment must be made immediately after booking.
After booking, changes or cancellations/refunds cannot be made.
**In the event of force majeure (illness or death), the credit paid for the booking will be valid for future use and will be valid for 6 months from the arrival date of the initial booking. This condition is valid upon presentation of documentation proving the force majeure. After this period, the credit will be considered expired.

Reservations that fall within the periods mentioned above do not allow cancellation and do not give the right to a refund.
