Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Prepayment of the reservation will be requested up to 30 days after confirmation, provided that the check-in is after 30 days. Reservations with check-in date less than 30 days, must be paid immediately.
All reservations have no show guarantee.

Irrevocable Rate - In case of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

On other dates:

Cancellations of reservations at lodging establishments located in the Fernando de Noronha State District will be subject to the following conditions:

I - 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation amount, less taxes, fees, and related expenses, will be refunded for cancellations made 60 (sixty) to 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled check-in date;

II - 25% of the total reservation amount paid will be refunded for cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date.
