Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Prepayment will be required within 30 days of confirmation, provided check-in is after 30 days. Bookings with a check-in date of less than 30 days must be paid immediately. A refundable damage deposit of BRL 2000 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out provided no damage to the accommodation has occurred.

Irrevocable Rate - In case of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation of the reservation in lodging establishments located in the Fernando de Noronha State District will observe the following conditions: (AC) I - 50% (fifty percent) refund of the total amount of the reservation, minus the taxes, fees and consequent expenses, in cancellation cases made 60 (sixty) days up to 30 (thirty) days in advance of the scheduled check-in date; (AC) II - One hundred percent (100%) fine of the total amount of the reservation, less taxes, fees and consequent expenses, in case of cancellation made 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date. and even the no-show; (B.C)
