Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit of 100% of the total amount is required within 30 days to secure the lock of the apartment. Credit card payments will be accepted through completed and signed debit authorization. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without notice.

2/13/2026 - 2/18/2026
4/3/2026 - 4/4/2026

9/5/2026 - 9/7/2026
10/10/2026 - 10/12/2026
10/31/2026 - 11/2/2026

No changes or cancellations allowed, full payment in advance.
In case of cancellation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

On other dates:

No cancellation reservations will be allowed no later than 14 days prior to check-in date, cancellations after this time will be charged 100% of total reservation.
