Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Warranty policy:
• all reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number;
• for reservations without guarantee, check-in will be held till 6:00 pm of the date of entry of the guest. After this time, the reservation will be accepted subject to availability from the hotel;

Cancellation Policies

• reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival, free of charge a daily rate. For weekends, holidays and commemorative cancellation dates will be held with only 72 hours in advance.
• In case of groups above of 05 (five), reservations can be cancelled up to 03 days in advance.
• Christmas packages, new year, Carnival and other there will be no refund of amounts paid for early departure, being charged, so the total value of hosting at the check-out. The return of values can only be made upon prior cancellation up to 10 days from the date of check-in registered by e-mail.
