CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES.

2. After 7 days of purchase, cancellations or changes will not be accepted, a fine of 100% of the accommodation cost.
3. All our rates are guaranteed, in case of no-show, we will charge the full amount of the reservation.
4. Please note, after check-in there will be no refund of paid nights, unused for any reason. In case of non-attendance, a 100% fine will be charged.

MINORS HOSTING POLICY
Accommodation of minors under 18 years of age in hotels or similar establishments, without the presence of at least one parent or legal guardian, can only be done if accompanied by a person over 18 years of age who is:
1. Original identification document of the companion with photo (ID or PASSPORT);
2. Original identification document of the child or adolescent (ID, BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT);
3. Authorization from one of the parents or legal guardian, with a notarized signature, expressly containing the name of the person authorized to accompany the child during accommodation. We also remind you that regardless of whether or not the minor is accompanied by his or her parents, it is also essential at check-in to present the minor's identity document. All guests must present an identity document when entering the hotel.

SANITIZATION FEE:
1. Smoking is prohibited on hotel premises, in accordance with Anti-Smoking Law No. 12,546 / 2011. If smoke odors are detected in the apartment, a fee of R$500.00 will be charged.
