SITE or OTAS payment: credit card, advance bank deposit of the amount corresponding to the first night will be accepted.
OPERATOR, AGENCIES AND COMPANIES: Payment invoiced to company, agency, operator upon approved registration. If you do not have registration or are not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested. Standard billing period 15 days.
Payment By bank deposit will be accepted up to 5 days before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policies
For all reservations, cancellation and/or changes must be made at least 1 (one) business day before the check-in date.
After this period, it will be considered a no-show with a charge of 1 (one) daily rate.
