Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Non-refundable payment

100% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. This rate is non-refundable. In case of no-show, payments will not be refunded.

Payment methods

The full amount of the accommodation will be charged immediately after booking | Interest-free installments (only for cards issued in Brazil) | We do NOT accept third-party cards | The card used for payment of the stay will be requested at check-in | If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, a new payment will be requested with a physical card and the previous payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policies

Non-refundable rate. No possibility of cancellation or change.
In case of cancellation, the total amount will be retained as a fine, without granting credit for later use.

100% charged as a fine.

Early Departures:
If the guest is already staying at the hotel and decides to leave before the contracted date, the hotel reserves the right to charge all contracted daily rates.
