- The deadline for cancellation without penalty, i.e., with a full refund of the deposit paid to guarantee the reservation, is 42 days before check-in.

- After this date, the amount paid will be retained as a penalty, without credit being granted for later use.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

- If cancelled, the total amount paid will be retained as a penalty, without credit being granted for later use.

Early Departures:

If the guest is already staying at the hotel and decides to leave before the contracted date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for all contracted nights.
