Cancellation Policies

REFUNDABLE RATE
- The deadline for canceling without charge, that is, with a full refund of the deposit paid to guarantee the reservation, is 15 days before check-in.

Early Departures:
If the guest is already staying at the hotel and decides to leave before the contracted date, the hotel reserves the right to charge all contracted daily rates.
