All reservations (regardless of the "Cancellation Policy") will be paid in full at the time of booking, with a maximum payment of up to 10 installments, in minimum installments of R$ 150.00.

Cancellation Policies

In cases of purchase under the SEMI FLEXIVEL rate policy, full payment is required at the time of booking, and payment is made by debiting the credit card provided in the system. In case of cancellation, no-show (NO SHOW) or early departure, the payment made is not refundable.
Reservations with a SEMI-FLEXIVEL policy are subject to one change in the date of accommodation as long as this is communicated to the hotel 15 days in advance of check-in. Change subject to availability and rate adjustment in the requested period.
