Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
The selected payment method is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, pix, bank deposit, credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express.
* DEPOSITS: will only be accepted 72 BUSINESS hours BEFORE the check-in date.
*PIX 24 business hours before check-in date
In case of no-show (no show) you will be charged the amount of the first night.

Cancellation Policies

Guaranteed reservations may be canceled, free of charge, up to 24 hours in advance.
In case of no-show (no show) by 12pm the following day, the first night's price will be charged.
