Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The credit card will be used to pre-authorize the first night to guarantee the reservation.
Reservations without guarantee are confirmed until 6pm on the check-in date, after this time, the reservation is subject to apartment availability and available rate

Cancellation Policies

Reservations with Free Cancellation Policy can be canceled or changed free of charge until 6pm on the business day prior to the Check-in date. In case of cancellation or change after this period, payment corresponding to the first night's stay will be subject to payment.
