Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Flexible rate for accommodation only. Breakfast is NOT included.

Card reservations: the data will be used to guarantee the reservation and the debit will only be made at check-in. In case of cancellation less than 2 days in advance or no-show, the amount of one night will be charged as a penalty.
Reservations with bank deposit: the reservation will only be considered valid only with the review and confirmation of the deposit by the hotel's Financial Department. Deadline of 48 hours for confirmation. In case of cancellation less than 2 days in advance or no-show, the hotel will retain the value of one night as a penalty and refund the remainder of the amount deposited by the guest via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policies

For cancellations/amendments made up to 48 hours before check-in will be charged nothing. For cancellations/amendments made with less than 48 hours will be charged the first daily value;
