General Policy
General information: · Official check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. · Breakfast included, served every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. · 01 (one) child up to 07 years old accompanied by a parent or guardian is free. * It is mandatory to present an official document, especially for minors. · We accept all credit cards and split them into up to 2 installments (amounts above R$400.00). · Free parking and WI-FI. · No pets allowed. * All rooms have a digital safe and hairdryer (voltage 220 volts). * This hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment. A deodorization fee will be charged, in the amount of R$ 350.00, if there are traces or odors of cigarettes inside the hotel or apartment; * Visits are not permitted in rooms or penthouses that are not properly accommodated, visits only in the hotel lobby; Accommodation of Minors: Accommodation of people under 18 years of age alone or together with other representatives will only be accepted upon presentation of written authorization, with the parents' signature notarized. To accommodate people under 18 years of age, even if accompanied by their parents, paternity must be proven through an IC (identity card) or CN (birth certificate). Article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8,069/90) defines hosting a child or adolescent as a crime, unless authorized or accompanied by parents or guardians.
