Payment Guarantee: As a guarantee of the reservation, a charge of 01 (one) night's stay will be made at any time via the credit card provided. And in the case of installment purchases, the total amount of the reservation will be charged in advance. Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/28/2026 - 1/3/2027
2/5/2027 - 2/9/2027

The cancellation request must be made free of charge up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the guest's arrival date.

On other dates:

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 7 (seven) days in advance of the check-in date. In cases of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged; if cancellations are made after the deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
