Deposit / Guarantee Policies

On other dates:

To confirm the reservation there will be a daily charge. The payment must be made through the credit card, and can be divided in 02 (two) times the value above R $ 600, if you choose bank deposit, contact the Hotel to obtain the banking information. Reservations containing packages (New Year's Eve / Carnival), the deposit to be paid as guarantee will be 50% of the total purchase price, without any refund, remaining balance with payment at check-in and extras at check-out.

Cancellation Policies

Periods that include packages with a minimum of 04 or more daily. Cancellation: No penalty if canceled 15 (fifteen) days, before check-in, after this deadline, there will be a 25% penalty charge of the amount already paid. With partial withdrawal of the days contacted and being aware inside the hotel, no difference of the amount previously paid will be refunded.

On other dates:

Low Season: 7 (seven) days before check-in; High Season and Holidays: 07 (seven), days before check-in; Bookings containing packages (Reveillon / Carnival), can only be canceled 15 (fifteen) days, before Check-in, if canceled after the date informed, there will be a fine on the amount already paid.
