As a guarantee of the reservation, 01 (one) daily charge will be made at any time via the credit card provided. And in the case of purchases in installments, the total amount of the advance reservation will be charged. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 15 (fifteen) days in advance of the guest's arrival date. In cases of no-show or late cancellation request, the amount paid will not be refunded.

On other dates:

Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 7 (seven) days in advance of the check-in date. In cases of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged; if cancellations are made after the deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
