Cancellation Policies

Reservations for peak season (holidays, events, July, November, December and January) may be changed and/or cancelled up to 14 days prior to the check-in date, with a refund of any amounts previously charged. After the 14-day period or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full amount of the accommodation.

Reservations for low and mid-seasons may be changed and/or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, with a refund of any amounts previously charged. After the 48-hour period or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the value of the first night's stay.
