Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION / CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS Up to 30 days from the check-in date = fine of 5% of the prepaid amount. Up to 20 days from the check-in date = fine of 50% of the prepaid amount; Less than 20 days = fine of 100% of the prepaid amount. We will not refund the prepaid amount, the balance (when applicable) will be available as credit for future accommodation and must be used during the year in force from the date of the booking, after this date the credit will be cancelled. For early departures, 100% of the daily balance will be charged. No Show (no-show) the prepaid amount will be charged, without credit.
