Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/1/2016 - 11/11/2016
11/16/2016 - 12/18/2016

Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in. After this period, 50% of the reservation will be charged as a fine.

Policy applicable on dates: 5/4/2025 - 8/31/2025

CANCELLATION POLICIES⠀– Reservations with NON-REFUNDABLE policy in case of cancellation, no-show (NO SHOW) or early departure, the payment made is not refundable.⠀

On other dates:

1. Requests for cancellation or change of reservation must be made 7 days in advance based on the arrival date. If this deadline is not respected, a fine will be imposed on the total value of the reservation, under the following terms:
- Less than 6 days - 100% of the total reservation amount
2. Requests for cancellation or change of reservation for packages and holidays must be made 30 days in advance based on the arrival date. If this deadline is not respected, a fine of 100% of the total value of the reservation will be imposed, i.e., the amount deposited will not be refunded.
3. Failure to show up for accommodation within the first 24 hours (no show) or its interruption does not exempt the guest from paying the total amount for the reserved period;
4. The Pousada will, within a period of up to 15 days, refund the remaining credit for cancellation or change of reservation.
