Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To confirm the reservation, payment for 50% of the period is required via bank slip or Visa, Master or American Express cards. The balance will be charged at check-in.
We do not accept checks to make payments at the hotel.
About the credit card provided during the purchase: the credit card used to make the reservation through the website is only used to guarantee the apartment. Subsequently, the reservation agent will contact the guest to send the debit authorization, after completing this procedure, the card will be debited, or the bank slip will be sent.
Failure to show up for accommodation within the first 24 hours (no show) or interruption thereof does not exempt the guest from paying the total amount for the reserved period. Pousada Perola do Morro will, within 15 days, refund the remaining credit for cancellation or change of reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 3/5/2024 - 5/31/2025

Requests for cancellation or change of reservation must be made 30 days in advance based on the arrival date. If this deadline is not respected, a fine will be imposed on the total value of the reservation, under the following terms:
- Between 29 and 20 days - 25% of the total reservation value;
- Between 19 and 15 days - 50% of the total reservation value;
- Less than 14 days - 100% of the total reservation amount

On other dates:

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN REQUESTED AT LEAST 8 DAYS IN ADVANCE. OTHERWISE, A DAILY RATE WILL BE CHARGED.
