Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the period is required by bank transfer and balance at check-in in cash or on visa, master or amex cards (not in installments).

Cancellation Policies

Requests for cancellation or change of reservation must be made 30 days in advance on the basis of the date of entry. This terms not beeing respected, there will be a penalty, on the total amount of the reservation, in the following terms:
-Between 20 and 29 days-25% of the total value of the booking;
-Between 19:15 days-50% of the total value of the booking;
-Less than 14 days-100% of the total amount of the reservation.
No-show in the first 24 hours or the interruption ofthe stay does not exempt the customer from the payment of the total value of the reserved period.
