CANCELLATION:
NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL - Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will not incur a penalty. Cancellations outside this period will be charged the full amount of the reservation and no letter of credit will be given.
"NO SHOW"(No-show): In case of no-show, a daily penalty will be charged in the Low Season and the full amount in the High Season, New Year's Eve and Carnival. Letter of credit is not permitted. The apartment will be available until 12pm on the day following check-in. After this period, even paid reservations will not guarantee the reserved category.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and amounts will not be refunded nor will a letter of credit be given.
