High Season Accommodation: The full amount will be charged in advance, after confirmation of the reservation.

Payment by Credit Card:
High Season: Full advance payment of daily rates. The charge will be made at any time by the hotel. Quantities of installments as requested by the guest via Chanel.

Payment by Bank Deposit/PIX
High Season: After booking confirmation, the deadline to make the total bank deposit of the daily rates is up to 48 hours.

On other dates:

PAYMENT BILLED TO CARRIERS WITH APPROVED REGISTRATION AT THE HOTEL
NET RATE GUARANTEED IN THE PRIVATE SHOW
CARRIERS WITHOUT REGISTRATION APPROVED SHOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 3/1/2026 - 3/31/2026

FLEXIBLE/STANDARD RATE:
HIGH SEASON (01/15/2023 to 03/31/2023) - Cancellations greater than 30 days from the check-in date will not incur a penalty. Cancellations outside this period will be charged the full price of the reservation. Carnival exception.
"NO SHOW"(No-show): In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty. Letter of credit is not permitted. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The apartment will be available until 12pm on the day following check-in. After this period, even paid reservations will not guarantee the reserved category.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and amounts will not be refunded nor will a letter of credit be given.

On other dates:

slow season: Cancellation free of charge with minimum antecedence of 03 days.
High season: Cancellation free of charge with a minimum of 30 days before check-in.

On the Show: high season 20/December/05/2013 to March 2014: no-show will be charged the Full period; Deadline for cancellation without charge: 30 [Thirty] days before check-in.
Low season 3/30/2013 the 12/20/2013: will be charged the first day.
