Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/24/2024 - 2/28/2025

CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
No changes or cancellations allowed.
CANCELLATIONS: if the guest wishes to cancel, the full amount will be charged and there will be no refunds or letters of credit. The date cannot be changed.
Exception: if the guest presents a positive COVID-19 certificate up to 24 hours before check-in, the amount will be reversed in a letter of credit and can be used within a period of 12 months.
"NO SHOW"(No-show): In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged as a penalty and no letter of credit will be given. The apartment will be available until 12pm on the day following check-in. After this period, even paid reservations will not guarantee the reserved category.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and
Values will not be refunded nor will a letter of credit be given.
