Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• For refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card 24 hours before the check-in date.
• For non-refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card on the same day the reservation is made.
• If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice.
• Carefully check your reservation's cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations made with a no-show guarantee can only be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the check-in date. The cancellation or alteration of the period of the reservation outside this period, will imply the payment of the full amount of the first night of each apartment booked as No show, with no refund of amounts already paid.
