Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To guarantee your reservation, you must provide your credit card details.
• For refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card 24 hours before the check-in date.
• For non-refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card on the same day you make the reservation.
• If the card is invalid, the reservation will be cancelled automatically and without prior notice.
• Please carefully check the cancellation policy for your reservation.

Cancellation Policies

• Las reservas sólo se podrán cancelar o modificar hasta un máximo de 24 horas antes de la fecha de check-in. • Pasadas las 24 horas, se debitará el valor de la primera noche de la tarjeta de crédito introducida en la reserva. • Si la tarjeta no es válida, la reserva se cancelará automáticamente y sin previo aviso. • Las reservas sin garantía de no presentación se cancelarán automáticamente después de las 6 pm del día del check-in; • En caso de no presentarse (no show), se cargará en su tarjeta de crédito el importe correspondiente a la primera noche.
