Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To make your reservation, you must provide your credit card details. • For reservations with a refundable policy, the amount of the first night will be charged to your credit card 24 hours before the check-in date. • Respecting the Right to Regret, for reservations with a non-refundable policy, the total amount will be charged to the credit card on the eighth day after the purchase date or 24 hours before the check-in date (whichever comes first). • If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice. • Carefully check your reservation's cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policies

• Reservations can only be canceled or changed up to a maximum of 24 hours before the check-in date.
• After 24 hours, the value of the first night will be debited from the credit card entered in the reservation.
• If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice.
• Reservations without a no show guarantee will be automatically canceled after 4 pm on the check-in date;
• In case of no-show (no show), the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to your credit card.
