Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To guarantee your reservation, you must provide your credit card details.
• For refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card 24 hours before the check-in date.
• For non-refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card on the same day the reservation is made.
• If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice.
• Carefully check your reservation's cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policies

• Reservations can only be canceled or changed up to a maximum of 24 hours before the check-in date.
• After 24 hours, the value of the first night will be debited from the credit card entered in the reservation.
• If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice.
• Reservations without a no show guarantee will be automatically canceled after 6 pm on the check-in date;
• In case of no-show (no show), the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to your credit card.
