Deposit / Guarantee Policies

OTAs: Credit card will be required at time of booking. In case of no-show, the total daily rate will be charged. The hotel may charge the full amount at any time after confirmation of booking.
Operators: The total daily rate will be invoiced (irrevocable rate).

Cancellation Policies

There is no possibility of cancelling the reservation in this modality. Therefore, we will charge all daily rates if the guest does not show up on the reserved date.
