Prepayment of 100% of the daily rate up to 48 hours after confirmation of the reservation via bank credit TED or PIX.
Payment must always be confirmed before check-in. If there is not enough time, the reservations department will inform you of the possible payment method.
The reservation is subject to cancellation if payment is not made within the deadline.

The full amount of the accommodation will be debited immediately after the reservation is completed | Interest-free installments (only for cards issued in Brazil) | We do NOT accept third-party cards | The card used to pay for the daily rate will be requested at check-in | If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, a new payment with a physical card will be requested and the previous payment will be refunded.

Rescheduling and cancellation are not allowed. In case of no-show, payments made will not be refunded.

The hotel requires a minimum of 2 nights of accommodation (except holidays);
Breakfast served in our restaurant is included in the daily rate

• Children policy:

- From 0 to 4 years old FREE of charge if staying in their parents' room (DBL Room);

- From 4 to 11 years old: we add 20% for each child staying in their parents' room (DBL Room), this percentage will be applied to the price of double accommodation.

- From 12 years of age: considered as an adult, adding 30% to the price of double accommodation.
