Prepayment of 100% of the daily rate up to 48 hours after confirmation of the reservation via bank credit TED or PIX.
Payment must always be confirmed before check-in. If there is not enough time, the reservations department will inform you of the possible payment method.
The reservation is subject to cancellation if payment is not made within the deadline.

Cancellation Policies
For reservations that include national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, a fine of (I) 75% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged in the event of cancellation made between 60 (sixty) days and 31 (thirty-one) days before the check-in date; and (II) a fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in the event of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less before the check-in date.

Legal Basis: Law No. 16.559 of January 15, 2019 - Art. 112
Cancellation without penalty: Valid only for cancellations requested more than 7 (seven) days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation with penalty: A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 7 (seven) days or less prior to the check-in date.
Last-minute reservations (Check-in up to 7 days): For reservations made 7 (seven) days or less prior to the check-in date, there is no deadline for free cancellation. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the value of the reserved period will be applied.
No-show: In case of non-attendance by the consumer on the scheduled date, the amounts debited from the card or deposited will not be refunded, being retained in full.

• Charge of a fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation made from 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date;
• Charge of a fine of 75% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation with 30 (thirty) days or less before the check-in date;
• For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the cancellation period without charge is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a penalty of 75% of the reserved period will be applied;
• If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged;
