Legal Basis: Law No. 16.559 of January 15, 2019 - Art. 112

Cancellation without penalty: Valid only for cancellations requested more than 7 (seven) days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation with penalty: A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 7 (seven) days or less prior to the check-in date.

Last-minute reservations (Check-in up to 7 days): For reservations made 7 (seven) days or less prior to the check-in date, there is no deadline for free cancellation. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the value of the reserved period will be applied.

No-show: In case of non-attendance by the consumer on the scheduled date, the amounts debited from the card or deposited will not be refunded, being retained in full.

Rescheduling and cancellation are not allowed. In case of no-show, payments made will not be refunded.

Cancellation/Change Policy:
• Law No. 16,559 OF 01/15/2019 - Art. 112;
• Charge of a fine of 50% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date;
• Charge of a fine of 75% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date;
• For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the free cancellation period is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied;
• If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged;
• For reservations that cover national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, (i) a fine of 75% of the total value of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance the check-in date; and, (ii) fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date.
• For payments made by credit card, in case of cancellation after 90 days of the transaction made, an administrative fee of 3.80% (administrative fees) will be charged on the total amount.
