In case of cancellation or modification outside the indicated times, the client expressly accepts the penalty of 20% of the first night of the reservation.

- Cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 24 hours during low season and 48 hours during high season (December 22, 2025, to January 12, 2026) before the check-in date, with no penalty.

Children's rate applies for children 3-12 years old.

The hotel does not sell triple occupancy; it sells double occupancy plus an additional person.

EARLY CHECK-IN: We are pleased to allow early check-in. However, this is subject to hotel availability at the time of your arrival. If you wish to guarantee a room available upon your arrival, we recommend booking the room one night prior to your current arrival date.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to hotel availability. Late check-out times and additional charges are as follows:
From 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM: $252,000 (tax included). After 6:00 PM: Full rate applicable to each guest.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

CHILD REGISTRATION IN COLOMBIA: To enter the hotel, minors must present their civil registration and identification card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, the person responsible for caring for the minors must present a duly completed and authenticated authorization from at least one parent, attaching a photocopy of their identification document. Law 1098 of 2006, Code of Childhood and Adolescence.

Colombian laws protect minors from all forms of sexual exploitation and violence caused by domestic or foreign tourists. Violations of this principle carry the criminal and administrative sanctions provided for in Law 679 of August 3, 2001.
