To protect credit card holders from fraud, it is mandatory that the guest present the credit card used to make the online reservation and an official photo ID of the cardholder at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest at check-in for not complying with this requirement. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if it is suspected that a fraudulent credit card has been used. The name of the cardholder that will be used as a means of payment must be the same as the one who makes the reservation and enjoys the services of the Hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations or modifications are allowed 15 days before the Check In date. The modification of the reservation is valid for up to 1 year, subject to room availability and the rate.
* PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION: In order to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to confirm
with the advance payment of 1 night of the reservation. In case of modification, it is valid for up to 1 year
subject to room availability and the rate. In case of cancellation, the rate has a penalty of
20% of the stay.
NO-SHOW:
Any reservation that is not cancelled prior to Check In (3:00 p.m.) generates a No-Show charge of
20% of the total stay.
