In order to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to confirm with advance payment of the reservation.
To protect credit card owners from fraud, it is required that the guest present the credit card used to make the online reservation and an official photo ID of the cardholder at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at check-in for not complying with this requirement. If the cardholder is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest must present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and the photo identification document, duly signed by the owner of the card. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if it is suspected that a fraudulent credit card has been used. The name of the cardholder that will be used as a means of payment must be the same as the one who makes the reservation and enjoys the Hotel services.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 15 calendar days before the Check In date, without penalty.
- Payment of the reservation. In order to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to confirm with the advance payment of 100% of the stay.
- In case of cancellation or modification outside the indicated times, the client expressly accepts the penalty of 50% of the stay.
The client may cancel his/her reservation within a maximum period of 48 hours without penalty.
Late cancellation: Cancellations that occur outside the policy generate a penalty corresponding to 20% of the total value of the nights of accommodation not received.
