• IRREVOCABLE NO SHOW and CANCELLATION GUARANTEE – 100% of the reservation amount.
• Payment method: 100% in advance by November 3, 2025, via PIX, bank transfer, or credit card (if you choose this method, request the payment link).
• If payment is not made by November 3, 2025, the reservation will be automatically canceled on November 4, 2025.
• Proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] for the reservation to be confirmed.

- Rate with NO SHOW GUARANTEE by the company. In case of no show, 01 night will be charged.

- Billing upon registration approved at the hotel. If the operator, agency or company does not have a clear registration, prepayment of the reservation will be requested to guarantee by credit card. If not approved, payment must be made by credit card or directly at the hotel by the guest. Billing deadline for 15 days after check-out. - Payment by credit card (we accept all credit cards) directly at the Hotel or Hotel Card (Sending data mandatory).
